Diagnostic technologies for heavy vehicles. It is a device capable of capturing ECM information of any heavy vehicle with a J1708 or J1939 communication interface. CTAP communicates with your vehicle’s ECM to obtain valuable information, for example, total odometer in kilometers or miles, hours of vehicle operation, idle time, engine temperature, and fuel level. You can also set trigger points to alert when your vehicle crosses a speed, acceleration, or RPM threshold. The information that CTAP can capture (depending on the type of engine) and present on our web platform is:

• Total odometer in KM or Miles.
• Hours of vehicle operation.
• Hours of total operation in idle state.
• Engine temperature.
• Fuel level.
• Engine load warnings greater than X value.
• Speed warning greater than X value.
• RPM warning greater than X value.
• CTAP information allows evaluation of driver performance.
• Helps identify abnormal vehicle behavior.
• Provides the metrics for defining predictive and preventive maintenance

TECHNOLOGY: WIFI

The CEM (Control Engine Module) is a device designed to monitor the engine hours of a machine that does not have an ECM data link. It can collect and analyze your fleet’s engine health, operating hours, number of ignition cycles, and fuel levels in the tank to help you determine maintenance and make the best daily decisions.

The information that the CEM shows on our web platform is:

• The state of the engine (on or off).
• The accumulated hours of operation.
• The number of ignition cycles.
• The fuel level in the tank (optional with the installation of capacitive level sensors).
• The CEM provides valuable information for predictive and preventive maintenance of the engine.
